I think Hotel 'Rose View' at Shahjalal Upasahar Point and 'Star Pacific' at Darga Gate are very picturesque for hotel stays before going to Jaflong. Besides, there are many small and big hotels-motels in many budgets. After that finish eating at 'Panch Bhai' or 'Pansi' restaurant in Zindabazar and go early in the morning. Because the more morning you go, the more sunlight you will get and I hope your trip will be more pleasant.

October to March is a good time to visit Jaflong. This season is a good season to travel at the end of summer throughout winter and spring. Because during this time the temperature is at a bearable level. And off-season it would be wise not to visit Jaflong during monsoons and summers. Because at that moment, due to bad weather, dangerous currents, slippery rocks and landslides occur in the river water.

  1. Outdoor activities are full of adventure and fun. I always try to find some days off for at least a quarter year to for going out on outdoor adventures. Recently, I went to some of the local places in New Zealand. The camping spots were beautiful and calm. Camping in such a silent area made my mind so peaceful. I just took some of my basic camping gear with me and there were some local campers too.
